If a gemstone already comes with a certificate, it will be clearly mentioned in the product description and buyers do not need to pay any additional cost.

If certification is not mentioned on the product page, buyers may request certification and the laboratory fee will be borne by the buyer.

We also offer certification from several commercial gemological laboratories in Bangkok. These certificates are generally more affordable than the premium laboratories listed above. If requested by the buyer, we can arrange certification from these commercial labs at a significantly lower cost.


Will the gemstone look exactly like the videos and photos?

We make every effort to photograph our gemstones accurately using professional lighting and specialized macro photography equipment.

Our gemstones are photographed by professional photographers using high-quality macro lenses and lighting calibrated close to natural daylight (approximately 5500 - 5600K). This ensures that the gemstone you receive appears as accurate as possible to what is shown on our website.

We also provide high-resolution macro videos where buyers can clearly observe the gemstone’s details. In many cases these videos reveal tiny natural characteristics that may not even be visible to the naked eye.


Do natural gemstones contain inclusions?

Yes. Natural gemstones often contain inclusions formed naturally during their creation inside the earth.

Not all gemstones are flawless. Some stones contain natural inclusions, which is completely normal. Buyer preferences vary — some customers prefer very clean stones while others accept minor inclusions.

Inclusions generally do not affect the overall beauty of the gemstone, but gemstones with visible inclusions are usually priced lower than flawless stones.
